Welcome to SFCS Summer Camp
Drop off- Before Care begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 8:30 a.m. Anyone who arrives BEFORE 8:30 a.m. will be charged for before care. This is not included in the camp pricing
Drop off is the CYO lot (between the police department and SFCS).
Miss Lauren will highlight your child’s name on our attendance sheet and then your camper will be directed where to put their belongings.
Dismissal from camp is at 3:30 p.m. where you dropped off. Campers who are not picked up by 3:35 p.m. will be charged for After Care. This is not included in camp pricing.
After Care will be open from 3:30 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. For pick up, please go to the front doors of the CYO building on Main Street, and ring the gray doorbell. Our staff will bring your camper to you.
After Care is flexible, You do not have to pre-sign up. You can let your child’s counselor know when they will attend after care.
Camp t-shirts will be given throughout the first week your child attends camp. They must be worn on Thursdays for trips with sneakers. Sneakers are the only footwear permitted for trip days.
There will be a charge of $10.00 for any replacement camp t-shirt if you misplace yours.
Lunches must be packed daily, and we do not heat up lunches for the campers.
Please pack a complete lunch with a snack, drink and necessary utensils.
All lunches must be PEANUT AND TREE NUT FREE!
All campers must have at least 2 water bottles PER day. Refillable ones are perfect! PLEASE practice closing water bottles PROPERLY!
Camp does not provide snacks. Campers will need a snack on snack days as well.
Morning snacks must be packed SEPARATELY from their lunch and labeled in a Ziploc bag.
After care snacks must be packed SEPARATELY from their lunch and labeled in a Ziploc bag.
If your child is not attending camp, please call 732-548-5690 to let the staff know.

Expectations for children's behavior:
The campers are expected to respect the staff, each other and the materials and activities provided.
They MUST NEVER leave the building without camp staff with them.
If the child is to leave camp with another person, the parent must make that request in writing.
Any rules that are not followed may be cause for the child to be dismissed from the program.
Behaviors that are unacceptable will have age appropriate consequences. Staff members will redirect children to play with other children and give time away from the group. Such behaviors will be verbally communicated to the parent upon pick up.
