Happy Monday! Thank you Chloe for sharing your weekend with “Gio”! I hope you had an exciting time! You definately were busy! Colton will take him next! Have fun!
This week our letter is Aa. The class will practice the Aa sound, identify both capital and lowercase Aa in words and practice writing Aa properly. The class will also sing along to rhymes and poems!
In Math we will learn all about rectangles and review squares. Red and green are the colors of the week! Be sure to wear either one on Friday when we celebrate Johnny Appleseed Day! Ask your child to share the story of his travels and what he did to help people!
PLEASE send in one apple on Wednesday we will make applesauce and have it has a snack on Friday! If you can attach a note with the type of apple it is that would be great! We’ve been talking a lot about the MANY different types of APPLES.
Scholastic book orders were send home today.
Reminders:
*Label all jackets, sweaters and personal items sent to school.
*October 1st is the first day children will walk up to class on their own. If you'd like to do a "trial run" on September 30th that might help those who come on M-W-F.
