Thank you to Akachi for taking home Gubbio this past weekend. Did you know he took Gubbio to Friendly's and had fun!
This week we wrote more pages in our Lenten journals. The children are writing very well in this journal! We love singing our Lent song. Ask your child to sing it. As of Thursday we have collected $80.08 (both Pre-k combined) with our coin toss. Thanks for being so generous. The children are loving the new coin toss. FYI....we will have a coin toss each day until March 30. The money will go to Social Concerns here at St. Francis. Social Concerns is a group that helps families in need. 
WeeWee our Leprechaun brought us green applesauce, green frogs, a pompom craft and many other goodies...thank you so much to the parents!!!
We learned the letter Gg and the number 16. We wrote, traced, looked at pictures that begin with Gg and read stories about the letter Gg. We used our white boards to practice both letter Gg and number 16. We counted with cupcakes and little blocks to 16. We will make a grape craft on Friday for the letter Gg.
On Tuesday morning we woke up to a bit of snow. We took advantage of it and went outside to paint in the snow. As we were out there we saw a bunny hidding in our play structure! See pictures posted.
Wednesday we walked over to the Gym and played inside. The children had fun running around playing with balls We played with a parachute too!
