Pre-K 4B was very excited to welcome our new friend Jessica to our classroom. We are so excited to get to know you!
The letter of the week was “S.” We created a bright red strawberry, and decorated our very own sky. We read “Suzy Mule” and did a great job sharing words that begin with “S.” We practiced writing the letter on our Smartboard, and searched for the letter “S” on our board too!
Our number of the Week was 10. We did ten hops, skips, and jumps. We did a great job writing 10 and making it out of our blocks too. We also worked on counting to five in Spanish. We listened to a new counting song in Spanish to help us.
Pre-K4B worked on their new song, “Jesus Can.” We also worked on reciting our “Our Father” prayer, and colored a book on the prayer so we are able to practice it at home.
We loved learning about all our artic animals. We created snow fox by using tissue paper of its fur. We even moved like a fox. We learned a new word called a “habitat “and shared what we see where our artic animals live. We even created our own snow for the penguins in the Artic.
We learned about Martin Luther King Jr by reading a book about how he helped people, and a movie. We all shared what our dreams are.
We would like to Camila a very Happy 5th Birthday, who will celebrate it on Janaury14th!
Francis visited Brantley. She ate so much ice creams and playing so many games. Thank you for taking such good care of her.
