Thank you to Hareem for bringing home our new class pet Gubbio. Did you know Hareem had breakfast with Gubbio and colored with him. I bet he loved it!
Auri is our Student of the Week. Please take a moment to look at her information.
This week we learned about the letter Ff and the number 11. We also learned about how Jesus had many friends. We have made many new friends here at school and the children love playing with each other both inside and outside of school. The children also learned about the Artic animal- the polar bear. They watched several videos, read stories and learned a polar bear song. 
Please note that assessments will go out February 3. You will have time to look it over the weeekend before your conference on Monday, February 6. Please be on time for your conference and if you can not make it let me know ahead of time. We can reschedule or have a phone conference at another time. Remember No Aftercare on February 6.
Come visit for Open House on January 29. There is noon mass at St. Francis Cathedral followed by Open House from 1:00-3:00 PM. You are able to visit all classrooms in our building and if you would like to visit the "big school" you are able as well. Come see the exciting things going on at Saint Francis Catheral School! You already made a wonderful choice by sending your child here.
