* Birthday party for Jesus, we will be celebrating and having cupcakes for snack.
*Please have your child bring in a wrapped birthday gift for Jesus. This is our show n’tell. This gift cannot be bought it comes from your child’s heart. For example: It can be a prayer for a loved one, your child could sit and talk with a grandparent, a Christmas card your child made for someone, helping a friend etc. Write them down on a paper so we can read them in class. All of these things make Jesus smile when your child does them. Please really sit with your child and talk about the true meaning of Christmas as we will be teaching this in class. (Not optional)
In between all of these things we will be teaching about the Advent season and the birth of Jesus. We will be doing Christmas crafts, visiting the church to pray and visiting the stable outside of the church. We will also be learning many Christmas songs.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
Have a beautiful Thanksgiving and know that we are very thankful to have each and every one of your children in our class!
God Bless,
Miss Kline & Mrs. A
